The mission of our Outbound Cargo team is to become the market leaders in the Import and Exportation of all Cargo leaving and entering Zimbabwe and then the rest of other hunting nations like Zambia, Botswana, Mozambique and Namibia.

Michelle Nash
Co-Founder / CEO
Michelle Nash has been in the freight industry since 1995 where she worked as the manager at Maple Freight part of Taxidermy Enterprises, for 15 years. Michelle’s passion for her work and close relationships built over the years with all hunting operators and taxidermists in Zimbabwe led her to open Outbound in July 2011.
Vicky Mpofu
Assistant Manager
Vicky Mpofu worked at National Parks Zimbabwe for many years prior to joining the Outbound Cargo team in August 2011. Michelle and Vicky have worked together since 1996, and Vicky is Michelle’s assistant in all areas and heads the running of the export department. Vicky handles all shipment dispatches and has currently arranged the smooth export of a total of 14000 kg of cargo between January – May 2017!
Noma Malaba
Customer Care
Noma Malaba has worked with Michelle and Vicky as well since 2006 and joined Outbound in September 2011. She plays the important part of making sure all export paperwork is applied for correctly and accurately and liaises will all clients. She is fluent in French and has a great sense of humor!
Febbie Chindara
Accounts
Febbie Chindara recently joined Outbound in August 2016 as the receptionist and handles all Outbound accounts. Febbie previously worked at Kingdom Bank, where she looked after our exports and exchange control applications.
Prince Chigaraza
Warehouse Supervisor
Prince Chigaraza has also worked with Vicky, Noma and Michelle since 2006 and joined our Outbound Team in August 2011 as our Warehouse Supervisor. He has extensive knowledge of trophy handling, freight packing and SCI measuring. Prince is also our outbound driver.
Collins Matenda
Warehouse Assistant
Collins Matenda joined Outbound in August 2012 as an assistant in our warehouse. He handles all trophy shipments and general cargo, as well as the packing and sorting of the trophies. Collins and Prince are the face of Outbound when collecting and delivering our precious cargo!
Andy Masuku
Messenger
Andy Masuku joined the Outbound Cargo team in August 2011 as the messenger, who is well versed with all the banks we deal with, along with the National Parks and Vet offices. Andy plays a vital part in making sure all documents are delivered and signed in and out of all departments in the export paperwork process. Andy is our pleasant cheerful messenger!
